UVic created an Accessibility Barrier Reporting System in order to improve the transparency, accountability, privacy, and security of our accessibility barrier reporting process. A small group of accessibility committee members meet every two weeks to discuss active tickets and assign them to the responsible unit. Challenging tickets are brought to committee channels for discussion, and a closed ticket report is delivered to the accessibility committee before each meeting.
