– Provided foundational accessibility training for all employees and targeted training for all customer service teams about accessibility and interacting with customers who have various types of disabilities.

– Published internal articles for employees with information on how to support accessibility on an individual level.

– Work is underway to identify key accessibility issues on our website and make improvements as necessary using the updated design system from the User Experience team (UX).

– Added a clear accessibility statement to all our job postings – “If you require accommodations during the application or interview process, please let us know or contact us at XX.”
